Our students are required to study all areas across the curriculum with breadth and depth. Mater Dei College is committed to delivering a challenging and exciting Curriculum. The College endeavours to provide as broad an education as possible for as long as possible in the belief that all students have a gift, a talent or an interest.  The aim is to identify and nurture this and so create a desire for excellence, for success and for life-long learning. Our extensive curriculum has a particular emphasis on performing and creative arts, design and technology, languages and learning technologies.

The Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia (CECWA) and the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) approve curriculum initiatives, units of study and methods of assessment.  They are modified and updated according to current educational theory and practice after detailed discussion and research by the Staff and Management of the College. Documentation on courses is provided in each Year level.
