This year has seen the some excellent academic and
sporting results with the highlight being the MDC Legoroos travelling to
the USA to represent Australia at the FLL World Challenge for
International Engineering and Robotics Competition. The Board would like
to congratulate all students on their achievements and commitment.
This year has seen the completion of the Administration Building, which
has been well received by staff and has enhanced the administration
function of the College.
The board has recently approved the refurbishment and design of the
auxiliary space around the Bernie Boss hall that will facilitate new
classrooms for the Year Seven's in 2010.
The introduction of Year 7 students will bring new challenges of
scheduling, staffing and financing. The Board has taken a positive
approach to this challenge whilst ensuring our financial status remains
secure.
On behalf of all the Board members let me wish all the year 12 students
well in their future aspirations.
